Captain Todd C. Support Staff

Administration offices are open Monday - Friday 9-5 pm. To obtain a copy of an accident or incident report, the following information is necessary:

• Report number (if available)
• parties involved
• location of occurrence
• date of occurrence 

Requests for reports must be accompanied by a check or money order for $2 per report, payable to the City of Emporia and a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
